NATURAL OIL AND BIODIESEL REMOVER

FLAMIL® BIO-OIL-EX has been a reliable cleaner for years for convenient surface cleaning, even without mechanical treatment. FLAMIL® BIO-ÖL-EX quickly and reliably dissolves and removes vegetable oils, residues of various biodiesel, grease, soot, and graphite from painted surfaces (e.g., rapeseed oil transport vehicles). FLAMIL® BIO-ÖL-EX is miscible with water in any ratio, is non-toxic and does not contain any dangerous solvent chemicals. Experience has shown that FLAMIL® BIO-ÖL-EX does not attack iron, glass, non-ferrous metals, plastics and painted surfaces. Sensitive materials such as zinc, aluminum and saponifiable paint coatings must be tested for resistance before use.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS FLAMIL® BIO-ÖL-EX is a concentrate and must therefore be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:10 for cleaning purposes; warm water generally supports the cleaning performance. Spray evenly, allow to work for 3-5 minutes, and then blast with a high-pressure cleaner. Manual or mechanical brushing is rarely necessary.

FURTHER INFORMATION Do not let the product dry out! To maintain the product properties, store FLAMIL® BIO-ÖL-EX in a frost-free place. From an application concentration of 1:20, FLAMIL® BIO-ÖL-EX is no longer subject to labelling requirements.
