WATERSOLUBLE COOLING LUBRICANT FLORANIN C is a fully synthetic cooling lubricant. It contains neither mineral oil nor nitrite or nitrate and because of this it is biodegradable. FLORANIN C is water miscible, highly economical and provides an improved protection against corrosion. It is transparent and allows because of this a more exact working. FLORANIN C reduces the consumption in case of long emulsion life times and saves tools. It is ideal for machining processes of steel and cast. It is also suitable for alloys of aluminium. FLORANIN C meets the requirements of TRGS611 and is free from NTA and EDTA.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION For drilling, milling, grinding, cutting and sawing; for synthetic lubrication and cooling lubrication.

APPLICATION ADVICES FLORANIN C must be diluted with water, depending on application: Grinding: 1:30 to 1:60 Turning: 1:20 to 1:50 Drilling: 1:20 to 1:50 Milling: 1:20 to 1:50 Cutting: 1:20 to 1:60 Sawing: 1:20 to 1:30 Greasing: 1:20 to 1:60 or in a concentration of 2-5 %, depending on application. FLORANIN C is also usable in automatic machines.

FURTHER ADVICES Before application please perform pretest on a hidden spot on non-mentioned materials. For retention of the product properties please store FLORANIN C frost-free.
